RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return & Exchange Period

🛍️The product must be returned with all original packaging, including boxes, bags, and any accessories included at the time of purchase.

🛍️If returning a set or bundle, all items within the set must be returned together.

✅ Wrong item, size, or color received.

✅ Product defects (tears, loose stitches, discoloration, etc.).

✅Damage caused during shipping.

✅The product does not match the description or images provided by the shop.

❌ Used, washed, or scented items (perfume, detergent, etc.).

❌Discounted or sale items (unless defective).

❌ Items without original tags, labels, or packaging.

❌Products with personal customization or modifications.

📞Contact the shop via hotline or message within X days of receiving the item.

📷Send photos/videos of the defective product for verification.

💁Follow the shop’s instructions for returning the item.

💵Once the item is received, the shop will exchange it for a new one or process a refund as agreed.

💵Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is inspected and approved

💵Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or as store credit.

💵Processing time for refunds may take 7 days, depending on the payment provider.

🚛Return shipping fees may be covered by the customer or the shop, depending on the situation.

🚛If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the customer must pay the price difference.

🚛The shop reserves the right to refuse returns if the product does not meet the return conditions.
